该课题以我国高等教育大众化阶段、区域经济发展不平衡、社会对高等财经类人才需求日趋多样化为研究视角,从西部地区经济社会发展对财经类应用型人才需求日益增长的现实出发,通过对西部高等财经类院校人才培养现状及其社会适应性的调查与分析,瞄准西部地区高等财经类院校应用型人才培养模式问题展开实证研究,试图探索出适应西部地区社会经济发展需要的、产销对路的、多样化的财经类应用型人才培养模式,从而为西部地区经济社会发展提供强有力的财经类人才支持,推动西部地区经济社会实现跨越式发展。
Based on the popularization stage of higher education in our country, imbalanced regional economic development and the increasingly diversified social demand for higher finance and economics professionals, this study starts from the reality that the economic and social development in the western region has a growing demand for financial professionals. The status quo of talent cultivation in the western higher finance and economics colleges and its social adaptability are investigated and analyzed. Empirical research is carried out on the training model of applied talents in the higher finance and economics colleges in the western region, trying to find out how to meet the needs of social and economic development in the western region. On the road and diversified mode of training students in financial and economic applications so as to provide a strong financial and personnel support for the economic and social development in the western region and promote the economic and social development in the western region by leaps and bounds.
