T.C.Helvey, a professor of cybernetics at the University of Tennessee, believes he has a credible way of enforcing the appropriate speed limits on national highway compulsory. You’re driving 80 miles an hour and suddenly a red “slow” flash signal appears on your windshield. Because you can not see any patrol cars, you continue to drive 80 miles until you find that all your vehicles are giving way for you, and there is another red flash signal on your rear windscreen, all the way down the avenue People alert you is a danger. When you reach your home on a record time, you know that your computer has taken note of your license plate number and a penalty ticket is waiting for you.
