通过对泥浆固相的控制来改善泥浆性能的技术,已发展为一项与稳定井内情况和提高钻井速度密切相关的重要的钻井辅助工艺。在固相控制装置中,振动筛是必不可少的设备,因而研究它的工作原理,对研究、设计固相控制工艺或设备是必需的。当前,国内外所用的振动筛,大都是自定中心式单轴振动筛。我们对这种振动筛的工作原理作了一些试验研究工作,现将试验研究结果谈一谈,以供参考。
Techniques to improve mud performance by controlling mud solids have evolved into an important drilling aids closely related to stabilizing well conditions and increasing drilling speed. In the solid-phase control device, shaker is an essential equipment, and therefore study its working principle, the research, design of solid-phase control process or equipment is necessary. At present, the vibrating screens used at home and abroad are mostly self-centering single-shaft vibrating screens. We made some experimental work on the working principle of this shaker, the test results are now talk about for reference.
