今年上半年让中国IT投资者最感兴趣的事情是:上海证券交易所上市股票“综艺股份”股价最高为9月24日的45元,较最低位升幅达4.5倍。其主要原因便是“综艺股份”控股收购了连邦软件,而后者经营的软件专卖店发展势头迅猛,旗下的“8848”网站也是“功夫了得”。这并非是一件孤立的事件,而是代表一种新的格局,即IT行业的投融资环境已经较为宽松,并朝着更好的目标发展。
The most interesting thing for Chinese IT investors in the first half of this year is that the stock price of the “Various Arts Shares” listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange is the highest at 45 yuan on September 24, up 4.5 times from the lowest level. The main reason for this is that “Variety Shares” Holdings has acquired Lianbang Software, and the software franchise operated by the latter has developed rapidly.
