1病例报告患者,女,38岁,因不规则阴道流血2年,发现下腹部包块1个月被当地医院诊断为卵巢肿瘤、子宫肿瘤,行剖腹探查术。术中快速病理示卵巢Krukenberg瘤,遂改行子宫、附件全切+部分大网膜切除术,术后半个月转入我院。既往有胃病史3年。查体:T 36.6℃,P 76次/分,R 19次/分,BP 10
1 case report Patients, female, 38 years old, due to irregular vaginal bleeding for 2 years and found that the lower abdomen mass 1 month was diagnosed by local hospitals as ovarian tumors, uterine tumors, laparotomy. Rapid intraoperative pathological manifestations of ovarian Krukenberg tumor, then switch to the uterus, full cut attachment + partial omental resection, transferred to our hospital after two weeks.
