风湿性关节炎是一种常见病,但临床表现差异较大,目前尚缺乏特异的诊断方法,有时常常将具有关节肿痛的其它疾病误诊为本病。1982～1984年,我们遇到此类误诊者共17例,其中有类风湿性关节炎3例,肺结核2例,结核过敏性关节炎(Poncet关节炎)4例,赖特氏关节炎(Reiter’s Syndrome)2例,肺癌1例,药物过敏1例,系统性红斑狼疮1例,多发性骨髓瘤1例,恶性淋巴瘤1例,良性关节痛1例。
Rheumatoid arthritis is a common disease, but its clinical manifestations vary greatly. At present, there are still no specific diagnostic methods. Sometimes other diseases with joint swelling and pain are misdiagnosed as the disease. From 1982 to 1984, we encountered 17 cases of such misdiagnosis, including 3 cases of rheumatoid arthritis, 2 cases of tuberculosis, 4 cases of tuberculous allergic arthritis (Poncet’s arthritis), 4 cases of Reiter’s 2 cases of lung cancer, 1 case of lung cancer, 1 case of drug allergy, 1 case of systemic lupus erythematosus, 1 case of multiple myeloma, 1 case of malignant lymphoma and 1 case of benign joint pain.
