我们常说,工会是职工温暖的家。在农业科研事业单位中,工会又是沟通行政领导者与职工的桥梁和纽带,是单位的“稳压器”。而工会财务工作是工会工作的重要组成部份,做好工会财务工作是做好工会各项工作的基础。工会经费和工会资产是工会组织生存发展、发挥作用、为职工群众说话办事的前提条件,直接关系到工会自身的生存和发展。因此,为了更好地开展工会工作,管理好工会经费并做好财务管理工作是非常必要的。

In agricultural research institutions, trade unions are also bridges and ties between administrative leaders and employees, and are the units of the “regulator.” The financial work of trade unions is an important part of the work of trade unions.
