针对当前高职院校档案的利用价值未能很好发挥的现状,从高职院校领导对档案工作重要性的认识、档案管理人员的综合素质、档案利用者对档案工作的认知、档案信息结构四方面分析影响高职院校档案价值功能发挥的因素,并从“藏”与“用”关系的处理、提供利用与服务创新关系的处理、观念的转变、档案信息资源结构的优化、档案服务利用方式的创新及档案利用服务广度与深度的拓展等六方面提出了相应对策。
