随着权利由个人本位向社会本位的转变,行政公益诉讼问题的系统研究将显得日益重要。正因为如此笔者认为,深入探讨行政公益诉讼制度具有很重要的理论及实践意义。
With the change of rights from the individual-based to the social-based, the systematic study of administrative public interest litigation will become increasingly important. Precisely because of this, the author believes that in-depth discussion of administrative public interest litigation system has very important theoretical and practical significance.
