职高毕业生不包分配,他们毕业后就业情况怎样,不仅历来为家长和职高生瞩目,也关系职高学校的声誉和发展。但职高生的求职择业是个带社会性的问题,方方面面都非同小可。在建立社会主义市场经济体制的条件下,在千千万万求职择业大军面前,职高生如何面对现实,则是每个职高毕业生必须深思熟虑的问题。为此,《职高生》编辑部最近在成都市旅游职中组织了部分职高学校应届往届毕业生和负责就业推荐工作的学校领导,座谈了职高生的求职择业问题,现择要编录如下,以期引发深入的讨论。
