用饲养法进行了为期7天的锌吸收率测定。切除睾丸的大鼠锌吸收率为44.21±1.88％((?)±SE),明显低于不切除睾丸的大鼠(49.44±1.17％),切除睾丸后补充丙酸睾丸素(20mg/kg,隔日一次)使锌吸收率恢复(49.13±1.88％)。结果表明,雄激素对锌吸收有促进作用。
The zinc absorption rate was measured by feeding method for 7 days. The testicular zinc removal rate of rats was 44.21 ± 1.88% (± SE), significantly lower than that of the rats without excision of the testis (49.44 ± 1.17%). After the testis was excised, testosterone propionate (20 mg / kg, Every other day) zinc absorption rate was restored (49.13 ± 1.88%). The results show that androgen can promote the absorption of zinc.
