硫酸二甲酯[(CH_3)_2SO_4]是一种毒性很强的工业原料。人若不慎吸入该品蒸气,可发生全身中毒症状,重者可致死亡。皮肤接触该品可致灼伤,甚至形成坏死和溃疡。关于硫酸二甲酯所致皮肤灼伤的专题报道国内尚少见。我院自1973—1981年共收治硫酸二甲酯皮肤灼伤9例,现简要报告如下:
Dimethyl sulfate [(CH_3) _2SO_4] is a highly toxic industrial raw materials. If someone inadvertently inhaled the product vapor, systemic symptoms of poisoning may occur, severe cases can cause death. Skin contact with the product can cause burns, and even the formation of necrosis and ulcers. Special reports on the skin burns caused by dimethyl sulfate are still rare in China. Our hospital since 1973-1981 were treated with dimethyl sulfate skin burns in 9 cases, are now briefly reported as follows:
