通过国内外几个超临界压力锅炉的实例,介绍其现状和发展趋势,并指出超临界压力锅炉在提高能源转化率、减少CO2排放等方面具有明显优势。指出发展方向是满足日益严格的环保要求,合理组织炉内燃烧工况,完善低NOX燃烧器,开发炉内脱氮脱硫技术。随着蒸汽参数提高,还需要采取切实可行的措施防止受热面高温腐蚀,提高机组的可靠性。
Through the examples of several supercritical pressure boilers at home and abroad, the current situation and development trend are introduced. It is pointed out that supercritical pressure boilers have obvious advantages in improving energy conversion rate and reducing CO2 emissions. Pointed out that the development direction is to meet the increasingly stringent environmental requirements, reasonable organization of furnace combustion conditions, improve the low NOx burners, the development of the furnace nitrogen and desulfurization technology. As the steam parameters increase, practical measures need to be taken to prevent the hot surfaces from corroding and improve the reliability of the unit.
