《中国教育改革和发展纲要》十分鲜明地提出:“基础教育是提高民族素质的奠基工程。”教育改革和发展的根本目的是提高全民族素质,并且尖锐地指出:“中小学要由‘应试教育’转向全面提高国民素质的轨道。”《品德与社会》是素质教育的重要组成部分,在素质教育全局中具有特殊的重要作用。因此,作为一名教师,一名《品德与社会》的教师,我认为应该认真钻研教材,把握小学《品德与社会》的特点和儿童身心发展特点,以情育人,塑造学生健全的人格,成为孩子们心中最亮的一颗星。
