党中央关于实现党校教育正规化的决定,为在新时期进一步办好党校,开创干部教育工作的新局面指明了方向。要办好党校,一个根本的也是紧迫的任务,就是采取切实有效的措施,建设一支政治素质和业务水平较高,与正规化教学相适应的教师队伍。下面就这个问题谈谈个人的一些初步认识和体会。
The decision made by the Party Central Committee to formalize the education in party schools has pointed out the direction for a new situation in which party schools are better run and education for cadres is to be further opened up in the new period. To do a good job in party schools, a fundamental and urgent task is to adopt practical and effective measures to build a contingent of teachers with higher political quality and higher professional standards that are compatible with formal teaching. Here to talk about this issue some of the initial personal understanding and experience.
