近年来,黑龙江农业工程职业学院认真贯彻国务院大力发展职业教育相关文件精神,充分发挥国家示范性职业院校的示范引领及社会服务和辐射带动作用,打造一流的教学师资团队,全面提升教育教学质量。在搞好学历教育的同时,注重发展非学历教育,在校企合作、教师下企业实践锻炼、中高职师资培训、职业技能鉴定等方面,进行大胆实践和探索,一些做法符合职业教育发展的相关规定,在促进学历教育与非学历教育的同步发展方面,取得了一定成绩,在此与大家分享、探讨。
