建立了一种细观力学模型用于预报复合材料的有效热膨胀系数。利用该一模型计算热膨胀系数无需对复合材料进行热应力分析,仅需知道在某一相关外力场作用下,其组分相内部的平均应力场问题即可解决。作为示例,本文得到了层合板及晶须增强金属基复合材料有效热膨胀系数的计算公式。
A micromechanical model was established to predict the effective coefficient of thermal expansion of the composites. Using this model to calculate the thermal expansion coefficient does not require thermal stress analysis of the composite material. It is only necessary to know that the average stress field inside the component phase can be solved under the influence of a certain related external force field. As an example, the formula for calculating the effective coefficient of thermal expansion of laminate and whisker reinforced metal matrix composites has been obtained.
