用X射线衍射(XRD)法研究了LY12铝合金微弧氧化(MAO)陶瓷膜中的相分布,并提出了其形成机制结果表明:铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜主要由α-Al_2O_3,γ-Al_2O_3组成,从表层到里层,α相逐渐增加;表层主要由γ相组成,其含量基本上不随氧化时间变化陶瓷膜内外层α,γ相含量差异主要是由于微弧区熔融Al_2O_3凝固时冷却速率不同引起的
The phase distribution in MAO ceramic film of LY12 aluminum alloy was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and its formation mechanism was proposed.
