In this paper, we report the number of embryonic rat brain cells invaded by Plasmodium berghei sporozoites in vitro and their development into immature schizonts in embryonic rat brain cells. The experimental method is to dissect the Anopheles salivary gland aseptically and gently press the salivary gland to release the sporozoites. After that, the sporozoites are collected, the sporozoites are counted, and the sporozoites density is quantitatively counted and inoculated into the monolayer embryonic mouse brain cells, centrifuged and cultured in vitro . After culturing, the culture was fixed with Buan’s solution and stained with Kyrgyzstan stain. Four of the seven experiments produced infra-red schizonts. The infection rate of sporozoites is 0.01% -0.04%, which is lower than the infection rate in the body by 2 ~ 3, which may be related to the sporozoites entering the brain cells. Normal embryonic mouse brain cells doubling every 4 days in vitro, but when added to infected or uninfected anopheles salivary gland, not only inhibited the normal reproduction of brain cells, and with the extension of incubation time, the number of brain cells gradually decreased. brain
