液压系统效率的研究,对于节约能源、降低生产成本、减少资源浪费,有着很大的经济价值,对今后应发展那类液压元件和液压系统有着指导作用。研究液压系统效率时,首先遇到的是如何测定一个液压系统的效率值。但在国内、外,还都没有制定过液压系统效率的测试方法,所以我们目前尚不易了解已生产的液压装置,究竟是以多高的效率工作。如果我们制定一个液压系统效率的试验标准,并制止低效率的液压装置投产使用,这将对国民经济带来多大的好处。本文提出一些未经实际试验过的设想,希望能引起讨论,以期完善液压系统效率的试验方法和开展这方面的研究。
The study of hydraulic system efficiency has great economic value for saving energy, reducing production cost and reducing waste of resources, and plays a guiding role in developing such hydraulic components and hydraulic system in the future. When looking at the efficiency of a hydraulic system, the first thing we encountered was how to determine the efficiency of a hydraulic system. However, at home and abroad, the hydraulic system efficiency test has not yet been formulated. Therefore, it is not easy for us to understand how high the hydraulic devices that have been produced are working. If we develop a hydraulic system efficiency test standards, and stop the inefficient hydraulic unit put into operation, which will bring much benefit to the national economy. This article puts forward some tentative ideas that have not been actually tested, hoping to arouse discussion, in order to improve the hydraulic system efficiency test methods and carry out research in this area.
