据了解,加氢裂化技术成为我国最重要的重油深度加工工艺之一。由于国内原油质量逐年变差,高硫原油进口量大幅增加,对炼油工艺本身及石油产品质量的环保要求日趋严格,对加氢裂化技术提出了更高的要求。因此,开发可以在不同压力下生产高质量尾油的加氢裂化技术,满足日益增长的乙烯生产需要,成为当前亟待解决的重大课题。中国石化抚顺石油化工研究院适时开展了可以在高、中压下生产高质量尾油的FC-32加氢裂化催化剂的研制工作,并取得了成功。
It is understood that hydrocracking technology has become one of the most important heavy oil deep processing technology in our country. As the quality of domestic crude oil deteriorates year by year, the import of high-sulfur crude oil has risen sharply. The environmental protection requirements for the refining process itself and the quality of petroleum products have become increasingly stringent, putting forward higher requirements on hydrocracking technology. Therefore, the development of hydrocracking technology that can produce high-quality tail oil under different pressures to meet the growing ethylene production needs has become a major issue to be solved urgently. Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute of China Petrochemical Corporation launched a timely and successful development of FC-32 hydrocracking catalyst that can produce high quality tail oil under high and medium pressure.
