今年9711号台风在浙江温岭市登陆,上海遭受风暴潮的严峻影响,沿长江口、黄浦江等测站均出现了超历史记录的高潮位,并有8-10级大风和暴雨天气。由于市府采取措施得力,防汛设施增强和预报及时准确,这次风暴潮基本上安全渡过。在9711号台风影响期间,正值天文大潮,黄浦江苏州河口8月19日凌晨(农历七月十七日,下同),高潮位达5.72米,创黄浦公园站自1913年以来的最高记录(超过历史记录50厘米);但是这次台风并未像历史上
Typhoon No. 9711 landed in Wenling City, Zhejiang Province this year. Shanghai was severely affected by the storm surge. Hurricanes of the historical record reached along the Changjiang Estuary and Huangpu River stations, with 8-10 gale and heavy rain.
