随着经济体制改革的展开和进一步深化,一种新的劳动用工制度——合同工制——出现在企业中。由此也产生合同工的待遇、思想、心态等方面一系列问题。一、经济条件的窘迫企业里的合同工,大都是这些年新进厂的青年。他们的工资收入不高,每月100元出头,相当一部分人食宿在厂。如西安××厂,在单身宿舍住宿的合同工就有2500多人,占全厂职工总数的四分之一。
