目前国内生产的塑料注射成型机,电气控制系统仍然停留在继电器逻辑控制系统,使注塑机的性能提不高,生产过程中的工艺设定值与实际值的误差较大,注射量不精确,这就直接影响到制品的产量和质量,满足不了塑料机械行业现代化的需要.因此,提高注塑机单机自动化水平、提高制品的产量和质量、降低原材料、实行低消耗已成为当务之急.由上海市电气自动化研究所研制成功的微型计算机控制装置已应用于国产大型4000克注塑机上.该装置采用Z-80单板机及其外围设备对生产过程进行监控管理,是一个在线的实时控制系统.整个系统在管理程序控制下对生产过程随机采样,经过数学处理实现对液压系统的压力比例阀和流量比例阀的调节,并对24只电磁阀进行组合控制,从而实现了节能.机器的各种动作在微机自控装置控制下由液压系统完成.
