1. Introduction Crankshaft is one of the key components of power plant internal combustion engine. Its processing quality has an important influence on the reliability and service life of the internal combustion engine. For a long time, the majority of crankshaft manufacturing is processed on an ordinary lathe. Due to the complexity of the crankshaft shape and the large number of steps, positioning and clamping of the crankshaft are many times processed, which leads to the difficulty of ensuring the accuracy of the parts. The improved method of machining the crankshafts by means of a mold is characterized by flexibility and the manufacturing quality to meet the technical design requirements. However, the precision of the module directly affects the precision of the crankshaft. When the parameters change and the new crankshaft is to be machined, the new model must be redesigned and manufactured with low accuracy.
