患者,女,4岁。病史由父母代诉。出生后双鼻腔不通气,流涕,于 1989年 7月 22日入院。患儿出生时右眼独眼,伴持续性流泪;张口呼吸,进食常有呛咳、气喘;熟睡后易惊醒,常患“感冒”。父母非近亲婚配,家族中无类似病史。检查:一般情况良好。双眼溢泪,左眼球缺如,右眼正常,双眼泪点均闭锁。本科检查:说话呈闭塞性鼻音,鼻呈朝天鼻外观,双鼻腔充满粘液涕,清除后见双侧下鼻甲瘦小,粘膜淡红色,双侧鼻后孔均为额面位隔膜状物封闭,球头探针探查不通;X线碘油造影,
