将异丙肾上腺素直接加入培养体系或先与骨髓细胞孵育1小时后再作培养,能显著促进CFU-D 增殖。此效应能被心得安阻断。异丙却不能使 CFU-C 产率增加,证明 CFU-D 在具有β-受体似多能造血干细胞而 CFU-C 无β-受体。CFU-D 与 CFU-C 的 Ara-C 自杀率和增殖动态基本相同,表明 CFU-D 和 CFU-C 是性能相似但又处于不同分化阶段的粒系祖细胞。
Isoproterenol directly into the culture system or first incubated with bone marrow cells incubated for another hour, can significantly promote the proliferation of CFU-D. This effect can be peace of mind blocking. Isoproturon did not increase the CFU-C yield, demonstrating that CFU-D has beta -receptor pluripotent hematopoietic stem cells and CFU-C has no beta-receptor. The Ara-C suicide and proliferative dynamics of CFU-D and CFU-C were basically the same, indicating that CFU-D and CFU-C are myeloid progenitor cells with similar performance but at different stages of differentiation.
