四环素类药物是我国目前产量最大的抗菌素之一,国内口服制剂大多以四环素碱为主,四环素盐酸盐较少。但目前临床上普遍反映,四环素碱的疗效比四环素盐酸盐差。
Tetracycline drugs is currently one of the largest antibiotic production in China, most of the domestic oral formulations mainly tetracycline, tetracycline hydrochloride less. But now generally reflect the clinical, tetracycline hydrochloride efficacy than tetracycline hydrochloride poor.
