采用精氨酸酶(ARG)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)组检法对健康体检妇女、乳腺癌患者、良性乳房病患者及其他肿瘤病人及急性病毒性肝炎病人共165份血清样本进行了检测分析。研究发现,乳腺癌病人、肝癌病人及急性病毒性肝炎病人的血清ARG活性均升高。其中,乳腺癌病人手术前血清ARG活性约为正常妇女的4倍,检出率为90%(18/20例),但谷丙转氨酶水平正常。术后1周内,ARG活性迅速下降,至术后20~30d内降为正常水平。而肝癌和急性病毒性肝炎病人的血清ARG虽也升高至正常人的4倍,但同时测得ALT水平也很高。因此,乳腺癌病人与后两种疾病患者的ALT/ARG比值明显不同(P<0.01)。结果表明,检测血清ARG和ALT/ARG比值对早期、快速无伤害性地诊断乳腺癌具有一定的诊断价值。
A total of 165 serum samples from healthy physical examination women, breast cancer patients, benign breast disease patients, and other cancer patients and acute viral hepatitis patients were tested using arginase (ARG) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) assays. . The study found that the serum ARG activity in patients with breast cancer, liver cancer, and acute viral hepatitis was increased. Among them, the preoperative serum ARG activity of breast cancer patients was about 4 times that of normal women, and the detection rate was 90% (18/20 cases), but the level of alanine aminotransferase was normal. Within 1 week after surgery, ARG activity rapidly decreased, and dropped to normal within 20 to 30 days after surgery. Although the serum ARG in patients with liver cancer and acute viral hepatitis also increased four times as much as normal people, the level of ALT measured at the same time was also high. Therefore, the ALT/ARG ratios were significantly different between patients with breast cancer and those with the latter two diseases (P<0.01). The results show that the detection of serum ARG and ALT/ARG ratio has a certain diagnostic value for early and rapid non-invasive diagnosis of breast cancer.
