目的:探讨超声引导下经皮肝脓肿引流术的临床应用。方法:25例肝脓肿患者在彩超引导下行脓肿内置猪尾管引流术,引流时间为5～15d。结果:因引流管脱落再次置管1例,一次置管成功24例。术后24h体温即明显下降,所有患者均治愈,随访半年无其它并发症出现。结论:超声引导下肝脓肿引流术治疗肝脓肿方法简便,疗效显著。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of ultrasound-guided drainage of percutaneous liver abscess. Methods: Twenty-five patients with liver abscess underwent ultrasound-guided abscess implantation with pigtail drainage. The drainage time was 5-15 days. Results: One case was re-inserted due to the shedding of drainage tube, and 24 cases were successfully treated once. After 24 hours of body temperature decreased significantly, all patients were cured, followed up for six months without other complications. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided drainage of liver abscess for the treatment of liver abscess method is simple and effective.
