目的评价昆山市血吸虫病健康教育效果,为制定血吸虫病传播阻断后期巩固策略提供依据。方法随机抽查2个乡镇各1个社区、1所中学和1所小学的居民、中学生和小学生,采用访谈和问卷调查方式,调查昆山市中小学校和社区血吸虫病健康教育开展情况,统计分析学生、居民血防知识知晓情况。结果调查了4所学校452名中小学生,学生血吸虫病知识知晓率为98.21%(基本知识知晓率98.42%,预防知识知晓率98.01%)。其中调查小学生220人,小学生血吸虫病知识知晓率为97.21%(基本知识知晓率97.60%,预防知识知晓率96.82%);调查中学生232人,中学生血吸虫病知识知晓率为99.17%(基本知识知晓率99.20%,预防知识知晓率99.14%)。经检验,中、小学生血吸虫病知识知晓率差异均有统计学意义(χ_(基本知识知晓率)~2=13.045,χ_(预防知识知晓率)~2=21.796,χ_(总体知识知晓率)~2=34.661,P均<0.001)。4所学校均有血防健康教育教材或教案。调查了2个社区402名居民,居民血防知识知晓率为98.87%。结论昆山市血防健康教育形式多样、效果良好,人群血防知识知晓率达到了预防和控制血吸虫病中长期规划中大于95%的目标要求。
Objective To evaluate the effect of schistosomiasis health education in Kunshan City, and to provide a basis for the development of schistosomiasis transmission late block strategy. Methods A random sample of residents, primary and secondary school students in 1 community, 1 secondary school and 1 primary school in 2 townships was investigated by interview and questionnaire to investigate the health education of schistosomiasis in primary and secondary schools and community in Kunshan. Residents knowledge of blood-borne situation. Results A total of 452 primary and secondary school students were investigated in 4 schools. The awareness rate of schistosomiasis was 98.21% (98.42% for basic knowledge and 98.01% for prevention knowledge). Among them, 220 primary school students were investigated, the awareness rate of schistosomiasis awareness among primary school students was 97.21% (97.60% for basic knowledge and 96.82% for prevention knowledge); among secondary and middle school students, 232 and schistosomiasis awareness were 99.17% (Basic Knowledge Awareness Rate 99.20%, awareness of prevention knowledge 99.14%). After examination, there was significant difference in the knowledge rate of schistosomiasis among primary and secondary school students (χ_ (basic knowledge awareness rate) ~ 2 = 13.045, χ_ (prevention knowledge awareness rate) ~ 2 = 21.796, χ_ (total knowledge awareness rate) 2 = 34.661, P <0.001). 4 schools have blood health education materials or lesson plans. 402 residents of 2 communities were surveyed, and the awareness rate of residents’ knowledge on blood-borne diseases was 98.87%. Conclusion There are various forms of blood-health education in Kunshan City, with good results. The awareness rate of blood-borne knowledge reached the target of more than 95% in long-term prevention and control of schistosomiasis.
