Vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) is one of the strong and specific vascular growth factors, and many tumors are highly expressed. VEGF can be used as a marker for tumor diagnosis, localization of targeted therapy and prognosis play an important role. 1 The structure and function of VEGF VEGF is a disulfide-linked glycoprotein dimer composed of two polypeptide chains with the same N at the other end but with some differences in other areas, with a molecular weight of 34-43 kD. The N-terminal amino acid sequences of different species of VEGF are similar but not identical. A total of four cDNA clones of VEGF are now known, encoding 121, 165, 189 and 206 amino acid polypeptides, respectively. Human VEGF gene structure has eight exons, different splicing to produce different peptides. VEGF is a highly specific vascular endothelial cell mitogen. Vascular endothelial cytokines have been demonstrated to be associated with previously found vascular permeability due to nucleic acids
