过去情报学术活动主要是采取宣读论文这种方式,如果根据情报学会的特点和形势对学会的要求来看,只采用这一方式看来是不能满足要求了。情报学术活动的内容和方式都应该相应地有所改进。在活动内容方面应增加高层次咨询及继续教育的规划。这类内容,应该做为研究课题来研究,需要先有带头人组织大家讨论题目,然后各自分头收集资料,进行分析,再在一起交流讨论,深化认识,要有几个回合,再经过各自头脑的加工,写出综合性研究报告。自发式的分散研究不易得出高水平
In the past, intelligence and academic activities mainly adopted the method of reading papers.
