对藕节制炭前后进行了显色、鞣质含量分析,并进行了血小板聚集、凝血时间及复钙实验观察。表明藕节制炭后鞣质含量下降。在用于止血时,藕节炭确优于生藕节。
The color and tannin content were analyzed before and after the production of charcoal, and platelet aggregation, clotting time and recalcification were observed. It showed that the content of tannins was reduced after charcoal production. When used for hemostasis, tarsal charcoal is better than burdock.
