目的采用HPLC法建立灵芝醇提生物活性物质指纹图谱的分析方法,通过中药指纹图谱相似度软件,对不同产地、不同种属、不同栽培方式的灵芝样品中所含生物活性物质的种类及数量进行综合评价。方法采用Symmetry C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)反相柱,以1%醋酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相,体积流量1.0 mL/min,在250 nm波长下,进行二元梯度洗脱。结果灵芝醇提生物活性物质的指纹图谱可达40多个指纹峰和15个共有峰,指纹图谱分离效果理想。结论所建立的色谱法具有良好的精密度、重现性和稳定性,并能有效地对灵芝品质进行质量评价。
OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC method for the analysis of fingerprints of bioactive substances in Ganoderma lucidum, and to identify the types and quantities of bioactive substances in Ganoderma lucidum samples of different producing areas, different species and different cultivation methods through the similarity software of Chinese traditional medicine fingerprinting Overview. Methods A Symmetry C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) reversed-phase column was used. The mobile phase consisted of 1% aqueous acetic acid-acetonitrile and the volume flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. Results The fingerprint of Ganoderma lucidum alcohol-extracted bioactive substance can reach more than 40 fingerprints and 15 common peaks, and the fingerprinting effect is ideal. Conclusion The established chromatographic method has good precision, reproducibility and stability, and can effectively evaluate the quality of Ganoderma lucidum.
