Chinese medical culture is profound and has a long history. The common knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine is often integrated in literary works, from the wind shows the rich cultural connotation of traditional Chinese medicine. This article takes “Journey to the West” and “Outlaws of the Marsh” as an example to introduce the medical allusions contained in literary works. “Journey to the West” in the medical story “Journey to the West” is one of China’s four classic masterpieces, the author Wu Cheng-en in the book depicts the Tang monk mentor four people learn from the suffering of the West, Monkey King, Pig monk, Drifting distinct character, lifelike.
