本文利用田间自然接种方法,探讨了花生不同发育阶段对我国北方花生产区的三种病毒,即花生条纹病毒、黄瓜花叶病毒和花生矮化病毒的敏感性问题。研究结果表明:1、苗龄15天以下的花生幼苗最易受病毒侵染,导致严重发病,降低产量,因此这一阶段是花生感染病毒的敏感期。2、苗龄20~15天(幼苗末期至盛花期)的花生植株具有一定耐病性,感病后症状明显,但对花生结果影响较小。3、苗龄65天(结荚期)后的花生植株抗病能力明显增强,不易受病毒侵染。4、花生不同播期之间发病程度差异极显著,播种越早发病越轻。适期早播可以使花生敏感期避开蚜虫传毒高峰期。试验表明,4月15日至25日最佳播种期。
In this paper, the natural inoculation method of field was used to investigate the sensitivity of three peanut stages to peanut streak virus, cucumber mosaic virus and peanut dwarf virus at different developmental stages in northern China. The results showed that: 1. The peanut seedlings under the seedling age of 15 days were the most susceptible to the virus, leading to serious disease and reducing the yield. Therefore, this stage was the sensitive period of peanut infection. The peanut plants with the seedling age of 20-15 days (from the end of the seedling to the full flowering stage) had certain disease resistance, obvious symptoms after the illness, but had little effect on the peanut result. In 3, seedling age 65 days (podding period) peanut plant disease resistance significantly increased, not susceptible to virus infection. The difference of the incidence of peanut between different sowing dates was significant, and the earlier the sowing was, the lighter the incidence. Early sowing can make the peanut sensitive period to avoid the peak of aphids poisoning. Experiments show that April 15 to 25 the best sowing time.
