随着新课程改革的展开与深入,灵活多样的教学方式以及丰富多彩的学生活动已经悄然走入了我们的课堂。课堂教学也从单纯注重传授知识转变为引导学生学会学习、学会合作、学会生存、学会做人,关注学生的发展,培养学生责任感、健全其人格,培养创新精神和实践能力的过程。在这个过程,教师角色的转变尤为重要。
With the commencement and further development of the new curriculum reform, flexible and varied teaching methods and colorful student activities have quietly entered our classroom. Classroom teaching also changes from merely focusing on imparting knowledge into a process that leads students to learn to learn, learn to cooperate, learn to survive, learn to behave, focus on the development of students, cultivate students’ sense of responsibility, improve their personality, and cultivate innovative spirit and practical ability. In this process, the change in the role of teachers is particularly important.
