“代表中国先进文化的前进方向”是江泽民同志“三个代表”思想的重要组成部分。“三个代表”是每一位中国共产党人建设有中国特色社会主义,实现物质文明和精神文明高度发展的现代化强国的总的指导思想。作为党的文化工作和工作在这条战线上的文化人来说,坚定不移地把握前进方向,身体力行地代表先进文化,是其基本要求和努力方向,而为了做好这方面工作,笔者以为,应着重解决好以下三个方面的问题。一、加强理论学习坚定理想信念
“Representing the Advancing Direction of China’s Advanced Culture” is an important part of Comrade Jiang Zemin’s thinking on “Three Represents.” “Three Represents ” is the general guiding principle for every Chinese communist party to build socialism with Chinese characteristics and realize the great advance of material civilization and spiritual civilization. As the cultural work of the party and the cultural workers working on this front, it is its basic requirements and efforts to unswervingly grasp the way forward and to represent advanced culture on its own initiative.
