运用文献法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等方法,对我国体育教师入职教育的形式、内容、方法、效果及存在的主要问题进行了调查分析,进而对其入职教育模式进行了构建。结论:体育教师入职教育模式有师徒式培训、教学现场培训、参观考察培训、先进典型培训、教育教学专题培训、校园文化培训、读书制度培训、调研式培训等。
By means of literature, questionnaire and expert interviews, this paper conducts an investigation and analysis of the forms, contents, methods, effects and main problems of PE teachers’ entry education in China, and then constructs their entry education mode. Conclusion: There are mentoring training, teaching on-the-spot training, visit and training, advanced training, education and teaching special training, campus culture training, reading system training and research-based training for PE teachers.
