湖北荆门市委组织部对全市市直机关102个局、行、社、总公司的政工干部队伍进行了一次抽样调查,发现政工干部队伍存在着四种倾向,亟待引起重视。 一是机构异化,名不正言不顺。由于机构改革,政府各职能部门、有关企事业单位对内设机构进行了相应调整,但变动最大的是政工机构,名称也五花八门,有政工科、政办、人事科、人教科、劳资科、劳动人事科等。现保留政工科名称的有18个,占17%;改为人事科(或人教科、劳人科)的达60个,占59%;未设政工机构或与党办、局办合署办
