我们应用“江南Ⅰ型 B”超声探伤仪,探查了100例急性黄疸型传染性肝炎,其结果与正常肝脏的超声波型截然相异,分析如下。一、方法和资料来源,本文采取郭万学等氏的超声探查方法。病例均为住院确诊的。急性黄疸型传染性肝炎患者,男87人,女13人。年龄在16—66岁之间,在黄疸期间探查者67人,黄疸消退期者33人。二、探查结果(一)波型在黄疸期之67例中除1例为较密微波外,其余全为密集波型。以高中低波型最多
