Mastering the knowledge of science and technology typesetting is a must-have for editors of science and technology. This paper introduces the requirements of scientific readings on alphabetic fonts, as well as the problems that should be paid attention to in typesetting, such as mathematical expressions, chemical reaction signatures and organic chemical structures.
