详细地介绍了自行研制的岩石动态扰动伺服三轴试验系统,该试验系统具有在常规三轴试验的同时进行动态扰动的功能。试验系统主要由轴向加载系统、围压加载系统、动态扰动加载系统和数据采集系统构成,试验系统能达到的最大轴向荷载为2000kN,最大围压为70MPa,所能施加的最大扰动荷载为300kN,扰动荷载的最高频率可达到70Hz。运用所研制的试验系统,对大理岩进行了一组单轴压缩过程中的动态扰动试验。试验结果表明:当扰动荷载频率相同时,振幅越大,扰动至岩样破坏时经历的时间越短;反之,振幅越小,扰动至破坏时经历的时间越长。从破坏模式来看,扰动力作用下大理岩破坏较为散碎,扰动荷载振幅越小,散碎程度越高。试验机系统稳定、可靠性较高,该试验系统值得在进行深部岩石力学性质研究中推广应用。
The self-developed rock dynamic disturbance servo triaxial test system is introduced in detail. The test system has the function of dynamic disturbance simultaneously with the conventional triaxial test. The test system is mainly composed of axial loading system, confining pressure loading system, dynamic perturbation loading system and data acquisition system. The maximum axial load that the test system can reach is 2000kN and the maximum confining pressure is 70MPa. The maximum disturbance load that can be applied is 300kN, the maximum disturbance frequency can reach 70Hz. Using the developed test system, a series of dynamic disturbance tests on marble during uniaxial compression were carried out. The experimental results show that when the disturbing load frequency is the same, the larger the amplitude is, the shorter the period of time from the disturbance to the rock sample failure is. On the contrary, the smaller the amplitude is, the longer it will go from disturbance to destruction. From the failure mode, the disturbance of marble is more scattered under the action of disturbance, disturbance load amplitude is smaller, the higher the degree of fragmentation. The test machine system is stable and has high reliability. The test system deserves to be popularized and applied in the research on the mechanical properties of deep rock.
