采用系统循环母液保温转化-冷结晶纯化工艺对国外某含氟天然碱进行除氟工艺技术研究,除氟率达到83.42%.经除氟后的转化母液冷却结晶得到十水碱,再通过热溶精制、蒸发结晶和煅烧分解得到高品质重质纯碱,纯度高达99.5%以上,解决了含氟天然碱精制提纯重质纯碱的关键技术难题.本技术成功回收了系统母液,提高了资源利用效率,同时副产的含氟渣通过精制也可制成NaF用于涂装工业等领域,为含氟天然碱的绿色开发奠定了理论基础.

PRC管桩在工业建设领域中的应用现如今已经较为广泛,以其作为支护桩对于深基坑的支护工程来说也是尤为重要的一个施工环节.本文以国内某地的一项深基坑支护工程为例,其施工场地的土质为粉质粘土和粗砂土,其选用的PRC管桩为直径六百毫米,长七米和八米的小直径PRC管桩,将其桩端打入土地层下大概三米深.小直径的PRC管桩具有较高的刚度,并且将其运用在这种深基坑支护工程中能够让工程的效率提升.本文就以此深基坑支护工程为例,对小直径PRC管桩的具体应用进行分析探析,希望能够对我国今后的工程施工的发展提供一定的研究帮助.
