SK—1A型捆扎机温控部分所使用的电气元件——电烫头中的热电耦丝,工作时容易损坏,严重地影响了捆扎作业的正常进行。为此,我局经过研究,制成了一种微型的焊接设备(见报头所示),它可以把直径为0.25～0.5毫米的镍铬丝和同样规格的镍硅丝焊接在一起,制成热电耦丝,用该热电耦丝制成的电烫头芯,完全达到了正规产品的性能要求,并且价格低廉,及时地解决了捆扎机热电耦损坏后
