目的:为比较激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)与准分子激光角膜切削术(PRK)治疗高度近视的临床效果。方法:随机选择随访半年且资料完整的LASIK(143只眼)和PRK(129只眼)两组治疗高度近视患者,并按屈光度分为A、B、C3个组,对两种术式在不同度数、不同治疗时期的术后视力、屈光度、并发症等进行系统的对比分析和统计学处理。结果:L式和P式术后6个月的裸眼视力≥05者分别为958%和798%(P<001);裸眼视力≥10者为741%和511%(P<001)。实际矫正度在预计矫正度±100D之间:L式分别为A组755%、B组553%、C组484%;P式为A组703%、B组457%、C组367%。手术后最佳矫正视力:提高者L式和P式分别为550%、364%(P<005),下降者分别为15%、77%(P<001)。结论:LASIK在治疗高度近视尤其是大于900D以上的高度近视方面,其术后视力恢复速度、疗效、手术范围、预测性、稳定性和安全性均优于PRK,是目前治疗高度近视的最理想的手术
Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) and excimer laser keratectomy (PRK) in the treatment of high myopia. Methods: The patients with high myopia who were followed up for six months and with complete data of LASIK (143 eyes) and PRK (129 eyes) were randomly divided into A, B and C3 groups according to diopter, Degrees, postoperative visual acuity, refraction, complications of different treatment periods were systematically analyzed and compared statistically.
