水平井钻井技术是致密砂岩油藏开发的重要技术保障,但国内致密油开发较晚,配套的关键技术有待进一步研究。通过对现场资料的收集与分析,明确了井身结构优化、井眼轨迹控制和钻井液性能是吴起致密油水平井钻井的主要技术难点。经过技术攻关,井身结构优化以取消斜导眼、缩小井眼尺寸为主,设计了安全、低成本的二开井身结构;通过优选底部钻具组合和提高复合钻进进尺的方法,形成井眼轨迹控制技术;对应吴起地层特点,开发了无固相、低固相强抑制和低伤害低摩阻等钻井液体系,最终形成了针对吴起致密砂岩油藏水平井钻井的关键配套技术。结合WP33井现场施工,介绍了上述各关键技术的应用情况,实例验证了各技术的有效性。
Horizontal well drilling technology is an important technical guarantee for the development of tight sandstone reservoirs. However, the development of tight oil in China is relatively late, and the key technologies for this project have yet to be further studied. Through the collection and analysis of the on-site data, it is clear that the well structure optimization, well trajectory control and drilling fluid performance are the main technical difficulties in drilling the tight oil horizontal well in Wuqi. After technical research, well structure optimization to cancel the inclined guide hole, reducing the size of the borehole, the design of a safe, low cost second open well structure; by optimizing the bottom hole assembly and to improve the composite approach into the drilling approach to form According to the characteristics of Wuqi strata, a drilling fluid system without solid phase, low solid-phase strong inhibition and low-friction and low friction resistance was developed. Finally, a key supporting technology for drilling horizontal wells in tight sandstone reservoirs in Wuqi area was developed. Combined with the on-site construction of the WP33 well, the application of each of the above key technologies is introduced. The examples verify the effectiveness of each technology.
