新的历史课程标准给老师们的教学带来了新的挑战和机遇。作为课程改革的实践者、引路人,历史老师只有不断提高和完善自己的素质才能适应新课改的要求。以新课程理念为依据,对历史教师的素质要求进行了研究。
The new history curriculum standards have brought new challenges and opportunities for teachers. As a practitioner of curriculum reform, lead-way and historical teachers can adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum reform only by continuously improving and perfecting their own qualities. Based on the idea of the new curriculum, the qualifications of history teachers are studied.
