在钻机、钻塔的安装过程中,需要经过若干的数学计算,这对一些文化较低的同志确有一定困难,并且由于计算时要列公式、查函数,在现场有许多不便.为此,我们采用了作图代替计算的方法,虽然得数不如计算那样精确,但仍能保证安装质量.我队目前开动十几台钻机,就是安装工人同志们用作图法自行设计安装的.现将作图法的两项具体应用,介绍于下,供同志们参考.作图法的原理很简单,同木工“放大样”的道理是一样的,这里只讲具体做法就行了.一、求钻孔中心至前塔腿中心距离的作圈法:
